Goodbye 2016!

This year proved to be very busy, fun, and successful for the whole team. We welcomed a new staff member, many new clients, and worked on some very exciting projects.

Some of the projects we continued our work on included:

• Queen's Wharf Integrated Resort Development;

• Sunshine Coast University Hospital;

• Jade Apartments, Albion;

• The Ferny Grove and Upper Kedron Neighbourhood Plan;

• Primewest Retail, North Lakes;

• Sunland's Abian Tower, Brisbane City; and

• Hope Island Town Centre.

And some of this year's new projects included:

• Bulimba Barracks Masterplan;

• Royal Brisbane Hospital's Herston Quarter Precinct;

• University of Queensland Wildlife Centre, Hiddenvale; and

• John Flynn Hospital Carpark Review.

The team also provided advice on a number of residential, commercial, retail, education and childcare developments.

As is Cambray tradition, this year we have made donations to the following charities:

• Indigenous Community Volunteers;

• The International Fund for Animal Welfare GRI-Elephant Orphanage Project; and

• The Orangutan Project.

We're looking forward to another traffic-packed year in 2017, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you're after some traffic and transport related input on your next project. Please note that the office will be closed from 23rd December 2016 and reopening on 9th January 2017.
