Andrew Douglas is an experienced Expert Witness who has assisted the Planning and Environment Courts in Queensland and New South Wales, and the Land Court and Mining Court in Queensland. We take seriously our primary obligation to the Courts and where possible, we seek to suggest win-win outcomes that could help settle disputes.



When giving advice as part of our day-to-day operations, we assume that it could ultimately be tested in the courts as a matter of course. We will therefore always be willing to defend our advice in an appeal process.



We are also willing to review briefs for other pending appeals. Once we have reviewed the brief and undertaken our own initial investigations, we can advise whether we believe we are able to assist. In most straightforward traffic-related matters, we can provide such initial advice on an obligation-free basis.
